Self Check-in
Genova Sweet Home is equipped with an online check-in system, which allows you to digitally anticipate the data required for check-in, and a self check-in system, which guarantees you access to the apartment with maximum freedom and autonomy. Thanks to the electronic lock, you can enter and exit without the need for a physical key, avoiding complications. After completing the online check-in, you will receive a link and/or an access code valid for the duration of your stay.
Cancellation Policy
The reservation will be confirmed only after payment. In case of cancellation within 14 days from the check-in date, a refund of the amount paid will be made, excluding online payment fees
